West Macleod is more connected to the city than ever with the southwest portion of the ring road open.   

The section of the highway from Fish Creek Blvd. to Highway 22x is now open. The southwest section of the Ring Road is made up of 31 kms of six and eight lane divided highways, a road flyover, 49 bridges, a tunnel and three river crossings. 

Only five minutes from the ring road are the communities of BelmontPine Creek and Sirocco at Pine Creek. These new home communities, now have quicker access to the entire city while avoiding any traffic noise.
